Ronald Hiirya is the Coordinator, Graduate Training in the Directorate of Graduate Training and Innovation (DGTRI) and also serves as Assistant Academic Registrar, Muni University. Ronald has over 15 years working experience in Higher Education management and Administration. Before joining Muni University in 2021, Ronald served as Manager, Regional Colleges at Uganda Christian University (UCU), Mukono.
Ronald holds a Masters Degree in Educational Policy and Planning of Makerere University, a Masters Degree in Higher Education Management and Administration of Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a BA. Education Degree of Makerere University. Ronald is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education, with focus on Distance Learning, at Makerere University, Uganda. He has excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills and is able to establish sustainable linkages with other units of the University and other stakeholders within and outside the University.
