Mr. Innocent Bayo is an Assistant Lecturer of Human Resources Management in the Department of Business Administration and Management. He holds a Masters of Human Resource Management from Makerere University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Organisational Psychology at Makerere University. His research interests include; personnel psychology, organizational psychology and human behavior. He has published articles in the areas of Change and employee Performance, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Skills.
