Dr. Samuel Eyamu is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration and Management. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Melbourne, Australia, a Master of Business Administration (HRM option) from Catholic University of East Africa, Kenya and a Degree in Bachelor of Social and Philosophical Studies (1st Class) from Makerere University Kampala. His research interests include; employee participation and representation, strategic human resource management, workforce management approaches, employee attitudes and behaviours, organizational justice, and workplace leadership. His paper on “Workforce differentiation: An African perspective” won the Best Paper Award of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management track, Africa Academy of Management (AFAM) conference held at Strathmore University, Nairobi in 2016.
