Mr. Lubanga Nasifu is a Laboratory Technician in the Department of Biology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science Technology-Biology, and a Diploma in Science Technology-Biology, all from Kyambogo University. Mr. Nasifu also holds an ISO Certificates in Laboratory Quality Management Systems, Biosafety and Biosecurity Management Systems, Principles of occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and HACCP based on Food Management Systems. Others include, Introduction to Next Generation Sequencing and Genomic Epidemiology, Molecular detection of SARS-Cov-2 and Research Data Management Systems.
His research interests include; Microbiology and Molecular based studies, immunological studies, and food safety.
