Dr. Bob Senyange is a teacher of Mathematics and an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics.
He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cape Town, South Africa; an advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Pure Mathematics from the ICTP, Italy; a Master of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree with education from Makerere University, Uganda. He has also attended over ten international summer schools on pure and computational Mathematics.
Bob has over 15 years work experience in academia, primarily as a teacher of Mathematics and a researcher. He has served as Lecturer in the University of Cape Town, Uganda Martyrs University and Uganda Christian University.
His research focus is on nonlinear dynamical systems with a concentration on Hamiltonian systems. He also researches on the use of technology in Mathematics education. As a budding young researcher, he has published in high level peer reviewed journals and presented his findings in over ten international conferences.
